FILM FESTIVAL FOUNDER, DIRECTOR & PROGRAMMER

Gregory has been a film festival director for 15years.  Amazing Fantasy Fest , his first venture as solo festival director, is the final evolution of festivals he previously co-founded: Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival, which ran for three years, and Buffalo Dreams Fantastic Film Festival, which ran for ten. All three iterations of this festival have celebrated horror, science fiction, fantasy, action, animation, and experimental cinema.  Gregory has screened approximately 1,500 films, and this festival has shown more locally produced films than any other film festival in Western New York.

Gregory has also launched a new film festival, Empire State Film Festival, which will debut at Cinemapolis in Ithaca, New York, November 6th - 8th. Only films produced in New York State are eligible for consieration at ESFF.
